Northgate Mall opened in 1972 on the former site of the Mt. Healthy Airport.
Feldman Mall Properties, Inc. acquired the property in July of 2005 and handles the on-site management, leasing and marketing for the center. Phase One completed mall interior renovations and new entrance to main mall in front of Macy’s in December 2006.
Northgate Mall is located at Colerain Avenue and Springdale Road in Colerain Township, less than a mile south of I-275 and just a mile north of Ronald Reagan/ Cross County Highway. The Mall has more than 1.1 million square feet of retail space, and is comprised of more than 100 specialty shops and two department stores: Macy's and Sears
