Overview LaRosa’s Call Center Center (One Number, Inc.) was opened in 1991 at a new facility built on Boudinot Avenue to accommodate the Corporate Offices, as well as the Call Center. One Number, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of LaRosa’s Inc. The Call Center has the capacity to seat more than 130 Customer Service Representatives with offices for a Management staff. All calls to 347-1111 are received and processed through the Call Center. The order is then instantly transmitted to one of our stores located in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. The concept of a central processing system that would serve all of our locations was based on LaRosa’s desire to give our Guests the best possible service. Great customer service is the foundation of this company and the criteria used to measure the success of our Customer Service Representative staff. The LaRosa family wanted to provide a better method for Guests to place their orders with us. By providing “one number” for all of our locations, we make it easier for the Customer to call us. The Call Center provides a quiet atmosphere for our staff to assist our Customers. Our trained, friendly, and courteous Customer Service Representatives have the technology to place our Customers’ orders accurately. Our Customers know that when they call 347-1111, they will be cared for in the manner they have come to expect from the LaRosa family.
