Overview

The Academy of Dental Assisting was started by Dr. Steven Meade. Working as a dentist for over 35 years, Dr. Meade understands the necessary skills and techniques needed to become a successful dental assistant.

Armed with broad knowledge, Dr. Meade had a vision to establish a dental assisting school that would provide the public with an excellent opportunity to enter a rewarding and professional career. Also, knowing the great demand for dental assistants, he wanted to help provide other dentists with highly-qualified graduates who are eager to begin their profession.

From this vision, the Academy of Dental Assisting was formed. The private, post-secondary school is licenced by the Kentucky State Board of Proprietary Education and has proven to be an asset to its graduates and their employers.
