Job Description
We require a Bookkeeper/Office Manager who is upbeat, professional, hard-working, and willing to roll up their sleeves to pitch in with a variety of duties. This person will manage the administrative functions within a close-knit construction team.
The successful applicant will have
- Excellent computer skills – including all Microsoft applications, as well as QuickBooks Premier.
- Experience in the construction industry preferred.
Duties include: Reception (including 4-line phone), General Clerical, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. The job may expand to include more diverse duties, depending on business needs and employee strengths.
Hours: Monday-Friday; 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Dress: Business Casual
Salary: Commensurate with Experience
