Job Description Richards Industries is hiring for : ASSEMBLY TRAINEES   PRINCIPALDUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES:      1. On-the-Job Training Assembly and repair of valves, traps, and instruments involving a variety of parts, and fittings.  Aligning/adjusting of assembled valves.      May perform shipping and general machining such as hand drilling and sandblasting.    Safety training and Lean Training.       Learn to utilize Lean concepts in performing work efficiently.     Other miscellaneous duties as assigned. 2.    Housekeeping    Cleans and maintains work area to provide a safe and organized work environment. 3.    Meeting Attendance    Attends all employee meetings. Attends all required training, including Lean Training. This job description is not intended to be all inclusive and the employee will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor and other management as required.
