Job Description Professional-level customer service position which requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or similar company. Work with sales department to quote pricing, take orders, track shipments, etc. Call trucking companies to set up freight. Accuracy needed to ensure proper part numbers, etc. Any accounting, inventory ability helpful. Good computer skills. Hours are 8-5, Monday through Friday..
