Busy N KY Orthopaedic office seeking a full time, experienced Call Center Specialist. 

Responsbile for:

• Answering incoming calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Requesting charts
• Receiving faxes 
• Accurately entering data into our practice management system 

Must be dependable, able to multitask & detail-oriented.  This is a fast paced position & requires a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma & a (Certified) Medical Assistant Certification is required (effective July 2009) or equivalent certification &/ or equivalent experience. 
• 2-3 years previous medical office experience is required. 
• Knowledge of HIPPA regulations is required.
• Good attendance & flexibility in hours is a MUST!
