Graceworks Enhanced Living

Graceworks Enhanced Living, affiliated with Graceworks Lutheran Services, provides safe, caring environments for individuals with developmental disabilities in Butler, Greene, Hamilton and Montgomery counties. Our residential services include group homes and a day program.

Gentle Teaching
Our approach to supporting people with developmental disabilities is unique. Everything we do is founded on the principles of gentle teaching, servant leadership and building community.

Graceworks Enhanced Living promotes the philosophy of gentle teaching in each of our homes. The gentle teaching philosophy creates an environment of safety and unconditional love, the cornerstones for emotional development. We "gentle" our way into the hearts of the people we love and support and teach that it is good to be loving towards others and do things for others.

Accreditation
Graceworks Enhanced Living is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). CARF is an independent, not-for-profit accrediting organization that promotes quality, value and optimal outcomes.

Direct Care Staff - Graceworks Enhanced Living, a service of Graceworks Lutheran Services, is hiring care givers that will provide basic care for our residents with developmental disabilities & assist with activities of daily living.

Requirements

You do need to have:
• Proof of your original HS diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license & clean driving record (MVR required)
• No criminal record (BCI & FBI checks will be conducted)
• Passed a pre-employment Drug Testing, Physical & 2 Step TB test
• Good, solid, verifiable work history
