Job Description
LaRosa’s Call Center, located in Western Hills, is hiring for part-time Customer Service Representatives.
The Customer Service Representative at the LaRosa's Call Center takes orders for pickup and delivery orders for all of our over 60 locations in Cincinnati, Indiana, Kentucky & Dayton, OH. We offer a flexible & consistent schedule, time & half on select shifts, Bonus Bank program, & casual dress. The starting pay is $7.30/hour. No experience needed & the average number of hours worked is about 10-20 hours a week.

Requirements
In order to give our Customer’s the best possible service it is important that you have excellent speaking & listening skills. The abilities to enunciate, speak clearly & listen to our Customers are crucial to this position. A winning attitude is also key to employment at our Call Center! If you are the type of person who takes pride in your job, has respect for yourself & others, & tries their best at all times, you will be a wonderful fit for our Customer Service Representative position. We require basic computer skills including knowledge of how to use Window based software. The desired typing requirement is 20 words per minute. Most CSR’s take 25 to 30 orders per hour.
