Job Description
Objective: Act as the customer’s representative for the company, thereby ensuring that all orders are completed with the quantity, quality, and delivery dates required by each customer. Reports to assigned Senior Customer Service Representative
- Representative Quotations
- Receive order
- Establish job file
- Write job order
- Completion date requested
- Maintain accurate inventory of materials
- Follow production process
- Update customer and Management team as required
- Invoicing
- Follow up with customer
- Daily reviews the Daily Revenue Report to verify data is correct
- Reports daily to the production meeting and any other meetings as needed prepared to discuss the subject at hand and be able to respond to questions and needs of other attendees.
- Maintains a commitment to the company mission statement

- Understand that while this is mostly and office job there will be times that you will need to perform functions in the warehouse, run errands, etc.
- Schedule a meeting with your supervisor monthly to discuss your goals and objectives
- Other duties as assigned by Admin manager.

Requirements
Must have 2 years experience in Customer Service preferably with an understanding of warehouse/logistics and the operation of a light industrial operation.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
This is a temp to perm position. Monday-Friday 7a-3:30p
