CONTACT CENTER PERSONAL BANKERS with SELLING

In this sales position you’ll:

·         provide customer service for 24-Hour Banking by responding to customer telephone &/or email inquiries & requests

·         research & resolve customer concerns

·         deepen existing customer relationships by cross selling products & services or referring customer to appropriate sales staff

                        *  30-35 hours/week

                     * First, mid and 2nd Shifts 

                     * Full time benefits 

                     * 10% shift differential
